We do not sail far, but we often go ashore!

Sailing is perhaps the best way to experience northern Norway's most beautiful coast. With the wind you can travel slowly between thousands of islands, exciting fjords and spectacular mountains. When you come sailing from the south through Helgland's adventurous island community, and then up towards Salten you can see Lofoten rising west on the horizon. Head straight across the sea or take the trip further into the Vestfjord and visit for example Steigen, Hammarøy and Tysfjorden.

If you cross west towards Lofoten, it is a good idea to sail straight across to Røst, then to Værøy and further east in Lofoten. Svolvær is the "capital" of Lofoten, where you can bunker everything necessary.

Ready to sail further north? beautiful Vesterålen, Senja and Troms and Finnmark are waiting for you.

Sailinglofoten for passionate sailors.
